Local prevalence and endemicity of certain diseases can, no doubt, make the diagnosis of a particular condition comparatively easy, with reasonable reliance. This easiness, however is not tenable in other circumstance and perhaps there is nc medical disorder which can be diagnosed clinically confidently and accurate by its manifestations alone, however characteristic they may be.
