The NIA 2016 was carried out with financial support from Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Royal Government of Bhutan (RGoB). This research is an institutional collaboration between the Anti- Corruption Commission (ACC) and the National Statistics Bureau (NSB), Bhutan. The NIA was adapted from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC), South Korea in 2009. ACRC continued its professional support in methodology and analysis through the training of researchers.
