The third edition of Principles and Practice of Electrotherapy marks somewhat of a turning point in the development of this manual as a students/clinician's companion. in addition to expanding coverage of microampere electrical stimulation and adding more current references and more appropriate figures, I have included more of my personal commentary on electrotherapeutic topics, practical considerations, the future of our profession, and areas of special interest as well as discussion relating to purchasing equipment.
